Janitorial Tech - To clean account assigned by ServiceMaster Management (this includes cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)

Cleaning Mitigation - To represent the company as a production crew chief to produce, according to specifications, all service orders received from schedule desk/coordinator that applies to emergency mitigation cleaning services for water damages, board-ups, vandalism, trauma and fire losses.

Cleaning Specialist - To represent the company as a production crew chief to produce, according to specifications, all service orders received from schedule desk/coordinator that applies to cleaning of carpet, floors, upholstery, etc. for residential and commercial locations.

Floorman - To represent the company as a cleaning technician to assist, according to specifications, in all service orders received from schedule desk/coordinator that applies to cleaning of floors for residential and commercial locations.

Water Damage Coordinator - To coordinate, in a professional manner, all water damage losses with the DRW Supervisor, Crews and Office Manager. Performing successfully through responsible implementation, and by actively pursuing excellence in customer relations and people development; providing a positive work environment for crew and staff, demonstrating our company core values.
